Shopping via #529 Social Media

We post new product everyday to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.  We encourage you to follow us and shop from these outlets.  We hashtag each photo with either #529ot or #529hh so that you know which store the item is located in.  

IF you are local and want to hold an item from a post to pick up, tell us HOLD, we will hold until close of business the following day. If you are unable to pick up by then, we will send you an invoice to pay within 6 hours of receiving, and will keep your purchase at the store for you until you are able  to pick up. If you do not pay or pick up within that time frame the item will go to the next shopper that responded. 

IF you want to purchase an item, give us your email address in the comment section of the photo.  We will send an invoice for the item(s) to the FIRST person who sends us their email address. You will have until 11:59pm EST the day you received your invoice, to pay it.  If you need longer to pay, please communicate that to us, we are happy to extend.  Otherwise, if we do not hear from you, and the invoice is UNPAID after midnight that night, the item(s) will go to the next eager shopper!  

We CAN NOT assume that you want to purchase an item simply because you inquired about size, price, etc. We suggest that if you want an item, you check your social media outlet soon after your inquiry, to ensure that you are able to purchase the item.  We try hard to respond quickly, and ask that you do the same!  Please understand that we also have two brick and mortar stores & items will sell right after posted to a shopper in store. We realize that some of these items are very popular, and we know it's frustrating! We apologize and encourage  you to keep on checking everyday..

Returns for purchases from social media can be made, however, we DO NOT reimburse for shipping charges. The item(s) must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving and you will be issued store credit to use toward next purchase.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We ship from USPS Ground. Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days.  Shipping rates are based on the weight of the item(s).  

 

A surcharge will apply to residents of California and Alaska.

Returns & Replacements

All consigned merchandise is sold as is. We will accept returns on consigned and new items within 7 DAYS of purchase for STORE CREDIT only. New items must be in original condition and packaging.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Consigned items are priced at 40-65% off of full retail, depending on the condition.  We do not combine promotions, unless we state otherwise. Exclusions apply to all discounts and we do not combine promotions (frequent shopper, consignor credit, etc). You may use whichever discount is more advantageous to you!
